our story
From Factory Floor to Global Flow
Our story begins on opposite ends of the supply chain—Eddie Xiao, born in China and forged by global experience across Australia and the U.S., and Sheng Wang, a deeply rooted quality and manufacturing expert who spent over 15 years mastering supplier quality on the factory floors of China’s industrial heartland.
Eddie built his career navigating the complexities of international procurement, logistics, and cross-border manufacturing. With leadership roles spanning Fortune 500s to fast-scaling startups, he developed a holistic, high-level view of supply chain strategy—always guided by one belief: supply chains are not just transactional—they’re strategic assets that determine a business’s success or failure.
Sheng, on the other hand, is the embodiment of quality from the ground up. With a meticulous, data-driven approach, he has led award-winning quality improvement programs, driven supplier development, and solved some of the most persistent engineering and compliance challenges in home appliances and industrial components. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: quality isn't something you inspect into a product—it’s something you build into it from the start.
Their paths converged one of the sourcing project in 2022, where Eddie was leading global supply chain transformation, and Sheng was invited to enhance supplier quality performance. What began as a collaboration between strategy and execution quickly became a shared vision—to bring together their complementary strengths and build a consultancy that helps U.S. importers bridge the gap with China, without the risk, friction, or guesswork.

Together, they represent both ends of the supply chain spectrum: from big-picture strategy to bolt-level precision—offering clients a rare blend of executive insight and engineering rigor.
